Silky Bag Supplies accepts the following payment methods:

* All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. All prices are in euros (€) for orders shipped to the Netherlands. All prices include the locally applicable VAT rate and exclude shipping costs for orders under €85,--.

Shipping

The online shop of Silky Bag Supplies uses PostNL for all shipments within the Netherlands. The shipping costs are €5,95. Shipping costs are included for orders from € 85 with shipment inside in the Netherlands.

After Silky Bag Supplies has accepted and confirmed your order, the delivery time* depends on the ordered item 3-5 or 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri) within the Netherlands. The longest delivery time applies when ordering multiple items.

All the shipping costs for for delivery outside The Netherlands are charged by the customer. The shipping rates are €10,-- for delivery in EU and €25,-- for delivery outside EU (Track & trace).

For orders outside the Netherlands, please take into account extra delivery time. For guidelines delivery time per country we use the indication delivery times* of PostNL (PostNL - delivery time).

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from PostNL with a notification of the delivery time.

*due COVID-19 delivery times may be longe.

Returns

Items from the online store Silky Bag Supplies can be returned up to 28 days after delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, preferably in their original packaging.

Above does not apply to our Beanie. This item cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase.

You can return items purchased online, delivered by PostNL, by following the three steps below:

1. Request a return form and return label by sending an email to: info@silkybagsupplies.nl

2. Fill in the return form and put it together with the items you want to return in the package.

3. Stick the return label over your address label and hand over the package at a PostNL counter near you.

The shipping costs for returning an order under €85,-- with a delivery address in the Netherlands are at the expense of the customer.

The shipping costs for returning an order from €85,-- with the delivery address in the Netherlands are for the account of Silky Bag Supplies.

The shipping costs for returning an order with the delivery address outside the Netherlands are at the expense of the customer.

Refund

The costs for returning your order in The Netherlands are for the account of Silky Bag Supplies. The costs for returning your order from outside The Netherlands are charged by the customer.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days to the same bank account or credit card as used for the purchase.
